DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

  • Orders within Cairo are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

  • Orders outside Cairo are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.
Please allow extra time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, VioShe Store delivers within Egypt only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

At VIOSHE, we work to process and ship your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.

1) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or sales periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2) Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • International (if available): 5–14 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures (for international orders), weather, or high-demand periods.

3) Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Package weight/size

  • Selected shipping method

Any promotions or free shipping (if applicable) will be shown automatically at checkout.

4) Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a tracking link/code via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

5) Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.

6) Delivery Issues / Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors/building security (if applicable).

  • Contact the courier using the tracking info.

  • If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update so we can assist.

7) Customs & Duties (International Orders)

If international shipping is available, customs duties/taxes may be charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
