Exchange & Return Conditions

If the item does not fit or is not what you expected, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date.

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

  • We strongly recommend checking and trying your order while the courier is still present.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

  • You may exchange the item for:

    • A different size, or

    • Another style.

  • Shipping fees apply for both exchange and return requests.

  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

1) Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Items are in original condition with original tags/packaging

  • No stains, perfume smells, makeup marks, alterations, or damage

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Sale/clearance items (if applicable)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Any item that fails inspection or shows signs of use

3) How to Request a Return/Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return/exchange

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (required if the item is damaged/incorrect)

4) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, change of mind), the customer covers return shipping fees.

6) Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size/color is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Another available item, or

  • A refund (based on eligibility)

7) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).

8) Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet.

  • If the order has already shipped, it will follow the return policy process.
